The Alliance in association with the Cincinnati Freestore FoodBank is now accepting applications for a new monthly food distribution program for qualified seniors.

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) is designed for seniors 60 and older.

The CSFP (known as “Senior Boxes”) is a USDA program that allows income eligible seniors age 60 and above an opportunity to receive, free of charge, a variety of nutritious food items on a monthly basis. This program will be provided to a limited number of income eligible seniors.

If you are interested in finding out if you are eligible and wish to complete an application please bring:

1. Proof that you’re a Hamilton County Resident (a recent utility or phone bill, a rent receipt or other proof of residency are acceptable proofs of Hamilton County Residency)
   
   
2. Proof that you are age 60 years and above (a state ID, drivers license, or birth certificate are acceptable proofs of age).
